Secure Alarms requires that manufacturers offer training because of this our experienced installers are factory trained on the majority of the products that we install. This allows us to install the products according to the manufacture’s specification. Trust us, it matters. Our installers take pride in their work and believe in doing the job right the first time.
WE’RE HERE 24/7 To PROVIDE PROMPT SERVICE:
Secure Alarms stands behind its architecture, engineering and installation. We strive to offer prompt service calls within 24 hours of you call for a service request.
There are 168 hours in a week. Less than 20% are “normal working” hours. That leaves you exposed to more than 80% for after hours and weekend service calls. Our team is at the ready, especially for our Secure Alarms Service Contract (SASC) clients!
Many of the supplies needed for repairs are on our service vehicles. Our phones are answered by our staff 8 to 5 pm Monday to Friday. On call staff is also available for after hour emergencies.
