What is Included in Camera System Installation?

After our installers do on-site assessment and you approve recommend system components we’ll start with installation. Following services are included: mounting cameras, running cabling, connecting cameras to power source and switches, configuring camera network and system setup. Our installers will set up resolution, motion sensors, IP addresses for cameras, ports, and create accounts for remote access. The final stage is testing to make sure everything works well.

Can I Access Camera With My Phone?

Yes, we call this feature mobile access or remote viewing! You can access camera system remotely on iPhone and Android phone using mobile application. By using your phone (or tablet) that is connected to Internet you can control camera settings, access live feed and monitor your property from anywhere. You can also remotely access system using browser on your home PC or laptop.

Do You Install Night Vision Cameras?

Yes! We know how ability to see objects at night or in low light is very important, and that is why we offer cameras equipped with infrared sensor. This sensor allows camera to record and capture images (invisible to human eyes) even in complete darkness. Night vision cameras are especially interesting to commercial clients.

My Firm Needs License Plate Readers, Can You Provide?

Can I Zoom With Security Camera?

Our cameras have powerful zoom capabilities, both digital and analog. This feature allows you to zoom in on objects and read fine details, even from a distance. You can zoom in to monitor POS devices, desktop monitors, etc. 

For How Long are Events Held in Camera Storage?

Every camera system we install has the option to record footage. How long recorded material is stored depends on video quality (high-quality video recording uses more space in system memory) and storage capacity. Most common scenario is to store footage from 7 up to 30 days. We always try to make it 30 days available. If you are business customer, and you need to store for longer, we can tailor system to your specific needs or legal reasons.

My Retail Shop Needs Camera With Facial Recognition

Is it Possible for Camera System to Alert Me When Someone Enters the Property?

Yes, that is possible if you install camera unit with motion sensor. Motion detection cameras can detect movement within field of view.  Once the sensor is triggered by movement of objects or persons, camera will start recording. As soon as this happens you will receive alert on your phone and view live footage from your property remotely. We recommend integrating video system with access control system.

Do You Install Audio-Enabled Cameras?

Yes, we can provide camera with ability to listen and record conversations. They have built-in microphone that captures sound. High-end models have noise reduction and even voice recognition capability. Here we need to neglect privacy rights. Without consent and notification, voice recording is illegal in many jurisdictions, no matter if it’s on commercial or residential property.
