Service Contracts
We offer two types of maintenance agreements:
Customer Service Agreement
Secure Alarms provides the highest level of On-site support in the industry to get your equipment back in operation.
No charge for parts and labor due to equipment malfunctions or normal wear and tear
Preferred treatment over non-agreement clients
Six business hour response time. Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Maintenance inspections twice a year to include necessary adjustments, field cleaning and lubrication
Inspection report faxed to your office
Factory trained technicians to service your equipment and systems
Down time held to minimum
20% Discount on 24/7 Emergency Service after business hours of Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
20% Discount on database maintenance
20% Discount on any additional training needs
Preventative Maintenance Inspection Agreement
Maintenance Inspections four times a year, once every quarter, to include necessary adjustments, field cleaning and lubrication
Inspection report faxed to your office
Factory trained technicians to service your equipment and systems
10% Discount on all parts and labor
10% Discount on 24/7 Emergency Service after business hours of Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm

WE’RE ACCESSIBLE & AVAILABLE: 24/7 SERVICE & SERVICE CONTRACTS:
Secure Alarms stands behind its architecture, engineering and installation. We strive to offer prompt service calls within 24 hours of you call for a service request.
There are 168 hours in a week. Less than 20% are “normal working” hours. That leaves you exposed to more than 80% for after hours and weekend service calls. Our team is at the ready, especially for our Secure Alarms Service Contract (SASC) clients!
Many of the supplies needed for repairs are on our service vehicles. Our phones are answered by our staff 8 to 5 pm Monday to Friday. On call staff is also available for after hour emergencies.
